To generate a BaZi compatibility report, we collect the names, birth dates, birth times, birth locations, and genders you enter into the form. This information is used solely to calculate your astrological chart and produce your reading.
If you purchase a report or lifetime access, your payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Stripe may retain transaction records in accordance with their own privacy policy.
We do not use cookies for tracking, and we do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Birth data you submit is sent to our server to calculate the Four Pillars and generate your reading. Reports are temporarily cached to allow delivery after payment. We do not use your birth data for any purpose other than producing the reading you requested.
If you purchase lifetime access, your access token is stored in our database so it can be verified when you use it. No personal information is attached to your token.
Generated reports are cached for up to 24 hours to allow for delivery and re-access. After that period, they are automatically deleted from our servers. We do not maintain a permanent archive of your birth data or reading content.
We use Stripe for payment processing and Anthropic's Claude API to generate report text. Both services have their own privacy policies. We use Netlify to host this website. None of these providers receive your birth data except as necessary to fulfil your order.
You may request deletion of any data associated with your purchase by contacting us at readings@bazioracle.app. As we retain minimal data and only for a short period, most data will have already been deleted by the time of any such request.
