Premium reports are priced at $7.99 per reading. Lifetime access is available for $39.99 and grants unlimited premium reports with no expiry. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Prices are listed in USD. You are responsible for any applicable taxes or currency conversion fees charged by your bank or card provider.
Because our reports are digital, personalised, and delivered immediately upon payment, we generally do not offer refunds once a report has been generated and delivered.
However, we handle disputes on a case-by-case basis. If you did not receive your report due to a technical error, or if you were charged but no report was delivered, please contact us at readings@bazioracle.app within 7 days of purchase with your payment details and we will make it right.
Lifetime access tokens are non-refundable once issued, as they can be used immediately and indefinitely.
BaZi Oracle uses astronomical calculations to determine the Four Pillars of Destiny. While we strive for accuracy, readings depend entirely on the birth data you provide. Inaccurate birth data will produce inaccurate charts. We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect input.
The interpretive text in each report is generated by an AI language model guided by traditional BaZi principles. It is not the work of a human astrologer and should be understood as such.
